Planetary Pan Mixer
Hydraulic operated discharge doors are provided with Interchangeable wear resistant linings. Reversible mixing blades ensuring fast, homogeneous mixing and better quality of concrete.
Round mixing arms in NICr special steel, enables better mixing and wear life. Water distribution ring are provided with spray nozzles. Inspection covers are provided for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Aggregate Storage Bins
The aggregate storage bins are reduced in height to make sure that the wheel loaders can load the Bins with the help of a ramp.
Automatic Liquid Additive Dosing Unit is provided with a jar capacity of 3 ltrs.
The arms of the pan mixer are made of special heat hardened steel.
The scrapping and mixing blades are made of special wear resistant material.
Load cell based aggregate weighing system are provided confirming to CE standards. Separate load cell weighing system for water and cement are provided which improves weighing accuracy.
Self-closing gate for mixer aggregates are provided. Limit switches for feeding / waiting / discharge positions are provided, ensuring weighing accuracy. Emergency switches are provided for slack / failure wire
Computerized Control Panel
Free stand control panel, IP 54 protection with digital display of cement and aggregate weight for semi automatic operation, input – output interface unit, PC, UPS, modem and net card for tele diagnostics and assistance.
